Plan. Do. Check. Act.
Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) or sometimes referred to as Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) is the continuous improvement cycle. The cycle is an easy tool to set a target for improvement, implement an action plan, ensure the implementation is going well and having intended results and ultimately making a new standard. This video shows an example of how it can be used to meet an improvement goal in education. |
