K12 Student Attendance Kaizen
What is the Project? Creating attendance guidelines for all schools to follow in order to increase attendance leading to increased achievement. Why are we doing it? To be equitable in our attendance guidelines and expectations as well as be proactive vs. reactive in interventions. Further, to decrease chronic absenteeism and drop outs. What do you expect out of me? Partnership in improving attendance as well as accountability to follow guidelines. What’s in it for me? To work smarter and not harder. Ability to see students be successful. Review the team's work and recommendations in their report out. |

District Wide Amazon Business Account
Amazon Business will now be a source for pCard purchases for those items not stocked in Central Stores. Districts funds will be utilized in the most judicious manner by comparing best prices, avoiding the payment of sales tax, and providing an avenue to locate itemized receipts for reconciliation.
