Our October Status Quo Breaker is...
Connie Broich, Technology Project Manager, is being recognized as our October Status Quo Breaker! Connie has led forty six continuous improvement projects over the last four years. She has also been part of several other project teams. Amazing job and keep improving!
The Status Quo Breaker is a monthly traveling trophy recognition of an employee for their contribution to process improvement, to say thank you for being Lean and/or for helping make DMPS Leaner. Spotlight Reports
The Stoplight Report is a way to communicate in writing how the ideas and concerns that come from projects, team meetings, employee 1:1s, huddles or even student 1:1s will be tackled. Green Light items are things that have been addressed and are complete. Yellow Light items are things in progress. Red Light items are those issues or ideas that cannot be done with the reason why.
