Our March Status Quo Breaker is...
Ruth Wright, Project Manager in Human Resources, is being recognized as our March Status Quo Breaker! Ruth has been reviewing and providing new insights into several processes in HR and using continuous improvement strategies to improve their work. Specifically, Ruth is working with the on-boarding process, the sub committee, and internal HR professional development.
The Status Quo Breaker is a monthly traveling trophy recognition of an employee for their contribution to process improvement, to say thank you for being Lean and/or for helping make DMPS Leaner. They are considered the world’s foremost authority in benchmarking, best practices, process and performance improvement, and knowledge management.
